Client

A full service global law firm with clients ranging from some of the world’s largest multinationals to start-up ventures and emerging growth companies. They also represent private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, commercial and investment banks, other financial institutions, government entities, partnerships and individuals.

Role

• The successful candidate will be working with the global practice co-chair, in London and with tax teams based in the US and Europe.
• You will immediately be exposed to high-profile matters and have a targeted training curricula with the chance to chart your own development. This also includes the guidance and coaching of a Professional Development team to ensure that each associate feels supported at every stage of their career.

You

• 2-4 years PQE solicitor with experience gained in a top tier tax practice
• Cross-border experience on transactions or advisory mandates
• A strong academic record and be able to express complex tax matters clearly and succinctly
• Excellent critical thinker, exceptional substantive skills, creativity, a passion for life and the law, and the desire to provide platinum service to clients
