Medsolve are proud to be partnering with a client who provide services to support adults in their own homes who have a moderate severe learning disability with associated mental health difficulties and who may engage in behaviours of concern to express what they need.

They are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.

The Business Support Coordinator will be part of a busy team and provide a comprehensive coordinated and efficient business support service to the Director Head of Operations and Registered Managers enabling them to carry out their management responsibilities to deliver care and support for the adults they support.

The main duties of the Business Support Coordinator are:

Work collaboratively with the Residential and Independent Supported Living services.

Work with the Management team with the development of operational reporting on performance data.

Collate performance data monthly quarterly and annually.

Set up and maintain systems for the collection and recording of project data as required by the Director and operational team.

Support the operational team in planning monitoring and reviewing the development of the service in line with the identified priorities targets and outcomes.

To coordinate circulate agendas attend and actively participate in meetings ensuring accurate minutes are taken actions plans are logged and any requested reports are provided.

Scheduling and coordinating team events.

Process incoming referrals to the services through a single point of contact and collate and track information.

Participate in the auditing of services if required.

To carry out orientation days with new

To coordinate and completes all DBS renewals for staff in line with CQC guidance.

To support with the coordination of reports for mandatory training and prompting staff when needed.

To ensure that staff personnel files are up to date in line with CQC regulations.

The skills knowledge and experience required of the Business Support Coordinator are:

Hold or working towards a formal qualification. Level 3/ Level 4 in appropriate field

Ability to develop strong and positive relationships.

Able to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to support and motivate staff.

Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload

Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to participate in continued professional development (CPD)

Commitment to provide relevant training for colleagues.

Demonstrable ability to use the Microsoft Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent interpersonal communication (both verbal and written) and negotiating skills.

Experience of providing administrative support in a health or social care setting

Excellent organisational skills as well as excellent IT skills including experience of case management information systems/databases.

Excellent recording and reporting skills

Good team player
