Job description

Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Temporary Administrator to join our client based in Glasgow for a duration of approximately 4-6 weeks.

Reporting to the Team Manager you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Helpdesk.

Responsibilities

PO Management: Create and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.
Job Logging: Logging reactive jobs into the job management system.
Quote Generation: Assist in collating quotes for projects or services as requested by team members or clients.
General Administration: Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.

Experience

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Offering

Salary DOE
The ideal candidate should be available to start on February 12th
Working Monday - Friday either from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, totalling 37.5 hours per week.
