The role: You will join a Legal 500-ranked Corporate team in the firm's state of the art Liverpool office. Working with an enviable client base that includes household names across retail, sports, technology, and telecoms, you will gain exposure to interesting and varied work that will give you an engaging and rewarding caseload. The caseload will involve big ticket M&A work, private equity, shareholder agreements and more. This department specializes in all matters Corporate and they are happy to cater to specific niches and specialisms, including Corporate Tax. The level of exposure you will receive will provide you with a strong platform to develop your technical ability.
