Job description
Pertemps recruitment Exeter is look for a counterbalance forklift driver for the outskirts the Exeter area.
Position starting April!
Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, £11.44ph.
Valid B1 counterbalance licence is required.
The job role involves the following duties.
" Loading or unloading pallets of goods off into warehouse racking or bulk storage with forklift truck.
" Preparing orders for clients from an order list.
" Physical work, lifting up to 25kg, sweeping and general maintenance.
" Working within a busy yard.
" Loading of the trailers ready to be dispatched.
" Aiding with the off-loading of supplies and ingredients.
" Liaising with the supervisor on deliveries and collections.
" The ability to self-motivate as there will be many occasions where you will be working unsupervised.
" Any other duties to support the Manager with the day to day running of this evolving business.
" Location accessible by public transport.
" Hours of working are 8am to 4:30pm.
