Job description

Act as the Central Administrator for all vehicle accidents within the Trust. Receive Accident Reports from insurance company via email, ensuring that the information contained is complete. Maintain the Fleet Management System with details of vehicles accidents and ensure the accurate and timely update of information. To work closely with the Fleet Management Team to ensure vehicles are repaired as efficiently as possible, to minimise VOR time while maintaining legally compliant status. Act as a liaison point with the Trusts insurer, solicitors, police and other interested parties, dealing with all their enquiries to ensure the smooth working of the Incident Claims Process and, where necessary, liaise with the Trusts approved vehicle repairers and insurance nominated engineers. Deal with any third-party enquiries.
