Facilities Manager required to join an esteemed facilities management company based in the Greater Manchester region.

The Facilities Manager will be leading a team of engineers across Northwest England, overseeing their activities, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. From assigning tasks to offering technical support, you'll play a key role in driving team performance and development.

We welcome applications from candidates with a strong understanding of the facilities sector and a demonstrable track record in either electrical or mechanical disciplines.

The Facilities Manager will receive:

• Highly competitive salary package, up to £48,000 per annum

Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager:

• Manage a team of engineers, allocating workload and providing technical support.
• Oversee team development, including hiring, appraisals, and coaching.
• Coordinate reactive calls, enforce SLAs, manage maintenance plans, and oversee projects.
• Collaborate with engineers to schedule works and review completed tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in the Building Services/Facilities Management Industry
• Technical expertise in mechanical or electrical trades
• Exceptional time management and communication skills
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing the engineering workforce.
