Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of clinical negligence claims, including high-value and complex cases.
* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on matters pertaining to clinical negligence.
* Conduct thorough case investigations, including gathering and analyzing medical records, and liaising with medical experts.
* Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings, when necessary.
* Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of client care and legal practice.
* Keep abreast of the latest developments in clinical negligence law and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.
* Engage in business development activities to promote the firm's clinical negligence services.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in clinical negligence.
* Strong track record of handling clinical negligence cases with a high degree of competence.
* Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
* Outstanding client care and communication abilities.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
