The Role
As a Telesales representative, you will be tasked with developing a portfolio of clients, calling both existing accounts and making calls to new ones. You will be expected to conduct a number of B2B calls through the day in order to win business and close over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for your clients and must ensure that they continue to receive a good level of service. There are prospects for this role to develop into account management in time with great room for progression.

They focus on both the commercial and retail sectors and their client base ranges from site outlets to large corporation. There main emphasis is a focus on recycling within market sectors including construction, commerce and utilities.
