Job Description
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Handling employee relations issues and providing guidance and advice to line managers across the business
- Ensure that policy remains up to date and relevant
- Overseeing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Contributing to the development of a positive company culture
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Excellent knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using HR software and databases.
