Exam Invigilator

i-teachers are currently working with exceptional secondary schools across London who are looking to appoint a team of Exam Invigilators to support them throughout the busy exam period.

If so, you could be a perfect fit for our Exam Invigilator positions!

Please note that due to the nature of this role, flexibility is required to work in different locations on a short-term basis. We are able to offer an hourly rate of £10.42 – £14.50, with typical requests being half or full days. Full training will be provided.

Exam Invigilator – responsibilities

• Supporting the Exams team with the day to day running of the exams
• Setting up the room before
• Reporting of incidents to the Exams Officer
• Ensuring the exams run in a timely manner
• Supervising KS3 – KS5 students throughout their exams
• Collecting exam papers
• Tidying the exam rooms after
• Ensuring students are sat in the correct seats

Exam Invigilator – requirements

• Strong academic background e.g GCSEs in English and Maths (minimum)
• Must be reliable
• Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
• Must have excellent organisation skills
• Be available from March – June 2024
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Confident personality – the ability to address large groups of pupils is essential
