An exciting opportunity has arisen for an immediately available Finance Manager to join our dynamic cleint on a temporary basis for 3-6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive financial strategies.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Budget Management:
- Create and oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Monitor budget performance and provide timely and insightful reporting to senior management.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for day-to-day operations.
- Implement effective cash management strategies.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
