What you will be doing:

• Becoming the first point of call for site through your shift
• Logging on site faults, problems, and issues via our support centre team
• Processing stock counts and orders
• Taking ownership of customer feedback, responding appropriately in a timely manner
• Directing colleagues and customers out of the buildings in the event of an emergency

What you’ll bring to us:

• Previous experience of leading or supervising a team
• Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
• Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
• Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure
