Job description
We are looking for a Returns Supervisor to supervise our busy UK and International Returns Department here at Sportsshoes.com. You will be expected to:
- Effectively manage and develop a team of three staff through coaching and target setting.
- Provide accurate reporting on agreed KPIs.
- Deal with all product returns in line with company policy.
- Liaise with brands in relation to faulty products
- Work with our 3PL partner to ensure that Sportsshoes.com's standards are
upheld and there is a smooth transition between locations.
- Manage the department’s processes in line with company policy.
- Promote and develop a high level of service to both internal and external
customers.
- Liaise with key stakeholders with the company to improve customer experience.
- Work in conjunction with our Operations team and the Warehouse teams to deal
with any procedural issues.
We are a family-owned business selling sportswear all over the world. Based in
Shipley in West Yorkshire, we were founded in 1982, and employ more than 200
people.
