The Role
Duties of the Senior Commercial Surveyor can include but are not limited to:
- Undertake RICS Valuations
- Source and meet with prospective agency and management clients
- Carry out appraisals of property to sell or let
- Negotiate and prepare head of terms
- Monitor and progress sales/lettings to ensure they proceed to completion/let, liaising with all relevant parties including solicitors, and other agents involved
- General professional advice such as rent reviews and lease renewals
Required Skills
- MRICS
- RICS Registered Valuer
- You will ideally have experience working as a commercial surveyor within private consultancy
- Experience of day-to-day management of agency and management clients
- Full, clean UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
