Job description
Are you a dynamic and experienced Occupational Health Advisor ready to make a real impact on the wellbeing of a diverse workforce? Then look no further! OH Medical is currently looking to hire an OHA to join our client and their in-house service located in Durham on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch occupational health services. Your duties will include:
Provide expert Occupational Health services, including case management for attendance and fitness, health screening, and surveillance.
Identify and report health-related trends, undertake health promotions, and advise on employee health matters.
Assist in the management of health assessments, surveillanceand recall processes.
Attend meetings and liaise with managers to support services in achieving sickness absence targets.
Build positive relationships with stakeholders and contribute to service improvements.
Maintain NMC registration and adhere to professional guidelines for continuous learning and development.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse.
An Occupational Health Diploma/Degree.
Experience with spirometry, audiometry and vision screening.
IT skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Our client is looking to offer a salary of up to £43,000 per annum plus agenerous benefits packageincluding:
