CV Screen is recruiting for a Finance Manager for a well-established, successful property company. The role is in Maidstone, Kent and is office based with a salary of up to £35,000 is available.
ROLE DETAILS
Your role as Finance Manager will cover a range of tasks including payroll, managing payments, as well as some HR related duties (employment letters, site absence/holiday, timesheets etc).
The ideal candidate will have relevant accounting qualifications and accounting software experience.
COMPANY DETAILS:
You will join a join a well-established, profitable, and friendly property Company as a Finance Manager. With a HQ based in Maidstone, you will work closely with Accounts Administrator to ensure all payment deadlines are met.
REQUIRED SKILLS
The Finance Manager will have the majority of the following experience:
- Previous accounting software experience
- Accounts qualification – AAT
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work manage your own workload and work well within a team
- Construction/property industry experience would be desirable
- Knowledge of Sage Accounts/ Payroll experience
SALARY:
Basic salary up to £35,000 + Benefits
