BRAMLEY HEALTH ARE LOOKING FOR A TEAM PLAYER WITH CONFIDENCE AND A GOOD COMMUNICATION STYLE, TO JOIN THEIR TEAM AS A WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST AT THE LANGFORD CENTRE.

The role of Weekend Receptionist is very important for our hospital as you are the face of the service, representing the company to all guests and visitors.

Bramley Health is a specialist health and social care provider. We support men and women of working age who pose variations of mental health challenges within our homes, to maximise their independence to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

The Langford Centre is our hospital based in Bexhill on Sea, and can support up to 73 service users. Split across 6 different wards, they provide care for a mixture of men and women in need.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The purpose of the weekend receptionist is to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the secure hospital reception area. Effective management of hospital security systems, to promote a professional approach to meeting and greeting visitors and ensure inbound calls are answered and directed to the correct department / individual.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Greet visitors and callers in a polite and professional manner, checking ID badges
o Carry out reception administration tasks like copying, post etc
o Manage the signing in and out of secure items like keys, alarms, pagers, lighters etc
o To operate the hospitals switchboard effectively and efficiently

KEY SKILLS

o Previous experience within a customer service/ front of house/ receptionist position
o Competent PC skills including Microsoft word and excel
o Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your workload efficiently
