Seeking a proactive General Manager for new opening restaurant in Buckingshire

Location: Beaconsfield
Salary: £55,000 – £55,000 per annum plus tronc and bonus

We are excited to represent a longstanding client, renowned for delivering an innovative dining experience in London. He has entrusted us to seek a dynamic and experienced General Manager oversee the opening of this new restaurant in the heart of Buckinghamshire.

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure a seamless service.
• Implement and uphold high-quality standards 
• Monitor and manage staffing levels, ensuring a well-functioning team during each shift.
• Develop and maintain staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours.
• Manage shifts: coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Managing the ‘take-out’ service as well as the restaurant diners seamlessly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant/Pub.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• In-depth knowledge of service standards.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with an eye for detail
