Marketing Manager
This agency is a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency made up of a group of talented people with the goal of dominating the UK's digital growth market. Responsibilities
- Develop innovative marketing strategies for our clients and the agency and implement them in collaboration with the marketing manager.
- Lead on all copywriting requirements for website, long-form written content, landing pages, and email marketing
- Find significant communication opportunities and hooks to support client and internal marketing goals.
- Create several copy versions, test, analyse, and optimise them in light of data insights to enhance performance and outcomes.
- Manage all client and internal social media platforms' day-to-day operations.
- Help the social and content team create social media content with the campaign's goals and target demographic in mind.
- Communicate and work together with the larger social media, content, video production, and paid advertising teams.
- Keep up with the most recent developments and challenges in our industry.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a marketing manager in both B2C and B2B marketing
- Outstanding ability to develop a variety of excellent, persuasive, and engaging copy that is consistent with brand message and campaign objectives
- A/B testing and learning have a proven track record of increasing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions for email marketing, landing pages, and websites.
- Carry out digital marketing activities through all internal channels, including referral, organic, paid, social, SEO, and SEM.
- knowledge of key digital marketing programmes including Click Funnels, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, and Funnelytics
- Experience planning, researching, and creating long-form written content, such as whitepapers and guides, with a high level of proficiency in analytical tools and data interpretation to create insight-driven decisions that increase performance and results
- Writing SEO-friendly blog posts
- Ideally, knowledge of Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, Later, and Emplifi, as well as experience with and familiarity with the main social media platforms, social media management, and customer engagement tools
- A love of social media and content;
