An exciting opportunity has arisen for a luxury store manager to join a leading fashion retailer in an iconic location in Dublin. This company is going from strength to strength and this a truly unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion and premium customer service. This role will be fully accountable for your store to drive sales, KPIs and budgets. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and development of your team and for making commercial decisions to drive profit and establish this store in the local market. You will maintain the highest levels of customer service in your store and lead your team from the shop floor. We are searching for a retail manager from a luxury fashion customer service focused environment, who enjoys driving KPIs and maintaining excellent standards. Our client is looking for a passionate people manager who is excellent at communication and enjoys developing a team. We are looking for a successful retailer with relevant womenswear experience and a passion for clienteling, styling and delivering on targets. The opportunity comes with a competitive benefit package and salary of 65,000 EUROS plus excellent bonus and benefits.
