Our Cardiff client are a friendly firm of Solicitors, committed to achieving and providing a first-rate legal service.
Supporting the lead conveyancing Solicitor, you will handle a quality caseload of residential conveyancing / property matters from inception through to completion.
The Role
- Support on a portfolio of cases, which may include freehold and leasehold transactions, including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties
- Independently establish priorities and manage deadlines
- Provide an exceptional service both to the client but also to introducers and associates
- Build strong relationships, with clients and third parties communicating effectively through your delivery
- Deal with legal enquiries
- Resolve issues to ensure excellent client service is delivered
About You
- Must have previous experience as a Residential Legal Assistant / CILEx / case handler supporting or carrying a portfolio of cases
- A natural self-starter with the ability to be flexible and empathetic to deliver client needs
- Ambitious and able to follow a syllabus of learning and apply knowledge learnt
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to meet client and business needs
- Excellent verbal and numerical skills
- Flexible and able to independently judge potential situations, identify and decide on courses of action
