The successful candidate will act as a crucial link between the company’s marketing and talent acquisition teams. Marketing Manager – Recruitment – About The Role

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract and engage top talent
• Use marketing channels including LinkedIn, social media, industry press, SEO and PPC to build a multi-channel marketing plan
• Create and optimise job ads for multiple roles
• Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies to support and collaborate with talent acquisition team
• Build a talent pipeline using job boards, social media, professional networks and industry events
• Utilising the employer brand and communicating the EVP to create content and assets to use to communicate with prospective candidates
• Develop compelling content including videos to drive engagement
• Set, track and analyse recruitment SMART metrics
• Stay informed about trends within the industry

The successful Marketing Manager – Recruitment will have/be:

• Degree or similar qualification in marketing
• Previous recruitment marketing experience is desirable
• Experience of delivering a full marketing campaign across offline and online channels
• Proven digital marketing channel knowledge and experience
• Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns on business related social media platforms
