3rd Line Linux Engineer

Permanent position

Gloucester

We are looking for 3rd Line Linux Engineer to join our high profile organisation based in Gloucester (Onsite Working) .

The role will involve working with cross domain guards and supporting software. It also offers extensive training to upskill you and fast track your career to becoming an Architect

You will also be required to hold or be willing to go through Security Clearance

To be successful you will be a 3rd Line Linux Engineer (Cross Domain Engineer) and have knowledge of as many of the following as possible:

• NCSC Import and Export patterns and the principles of HardSec
• Configuration and management of commercially available cross domain guards and supporting software.
• Linux intermediate to include Networking, NMTUI and NC, and Firewalled.
• Interpret and write XML and JSON schemas, (JSON) REGEX and Ansible scripts.
• Understanding of file content types and their associated MIME types.
• KML, KMZ, CAD, Certificates.
• Email MTAs and their configuration, e.g., mailertable.
