Safety Case Consultant, 3 month contract, Inside IR35, £70 p/h, Nuclear, Warrington, Whitehaven, Oxford, SC Clearance
The Role
My client is seeking a Safety Case Consultant to join them on an initial 3 month contract that is expected to extend well beyond this. The Safety Case Consultant will support the business and their clientele for complex safety cases including a focus on decommissioning & optioneering, human factors & radioactive materials transport and licensing & radioactive waste management. This role can be based in any client site including Oxford, Warrington or Whitehaven but may be required to frequent other sites on an adhoc basis. The successful candidate will also be required to obtain SC clearance.

The Safety Case Consultant will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern in place is 2 days in the selected office, with occasional travel to other sites.
What's Required?
Prior commercial experience within a similar Safety Case consultant role working on complex safety cases
An understanding across a range of areas such as decommissioning, optioneering, human factors and radioactive waste management
Current SC clearance is advantageous, though the ability to gain valid SC clearance is fine too
