Job description
Recra are working in Partnership with a Prestigious Engineering Company who are currently seeking a CNC Setter, and Operator to join our growing team.

Experience and Skills: - Preferably prior experience as a CNC Setter, or Operator.
- Familiarity with Fanuc and Heidenhain ideally but not essential.
- Understanding of machining processes and metalworking principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of tooling selection and cutting parameters.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ideally have familiarity with a variety of CNC machinery and controls.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components.
- Requires; Proficient use of CAM software, specifically Fusion 360, for programming.
- Use of Fanuc and Heidenhain CNC machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Tool selection, cutting parameter optimization, and routine machine maintenance.
- Quality control through regular inspections and adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members for process optimization and problem-solving.
