In-suite Captain oversee the entire roomservice operation, deliverance of high quality, efficient and technically excellent in-suite F&B service in accordance with Company Policies and strictly upholding any Public Health standards and towards a goal of achieving total guest satisfaction. Job requirements: Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Manager in in-suite dining/Room service; Experienced with inventories and PAR levels; Able to give trainings and supervise a small team; Has an understanding of public health procedures (HACCP, USPH, etc.); Place of work: onboard a cruise ship.Job tags
