West Midlands Permanent £34,000 - £44,000 per year
The client is a prestigious public sector company based in the West Midlands.
This is a rare opportunity to work with a very well established in-house team based in the West Midlands. This is a very general in-house commercial job, however the team is dedicated and focused on the development on the successful candidate, so extensive commercial experience is not a necessity.
The role will require the successful candidate to manage a shared workload, on projects that may involve; general commercial contracts, construction contracts and some employment contracts. The candidate will have to be comfortable in making decisions that are best for the company. Want this can offer you:The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor ( the team will consider NQ upwards) that has produced a good quality of work, and is the right cultural fit for the company. Commercial Contracts experience would be great, but the candidate does not need to have commercial contracts experience or in-house experience and are able to retrain in this role as long as they have the desire to.
This role could be ideal for lawyers doing: corporate, commercial litigation, property, employment, insolvency, however you must be able to demonstrate why you want to move into a commercial contracts role.The candidate can expect:
