This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and supporting our continuous growth.

Main duties include:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to questions regarding our services, pricing, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Process bookings, payments, and any service changes requested by customers, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the sales, operations, and fleet management teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled promptly and expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to offer customers informed recommendations and support.

Skills and Education:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive or related industries.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers empathetically and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
