Salary: Grade 3, £12,905 - £13,338 per annum. £11.78 - £12.18 per hour

21 hours per week annualised

Your role:

As a Visitor Services Assistant your role will be to support the wider team based in the Visitor Centre at Haigh Woodland Park.

This role is public facing therefore the ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high standards of customer care. This is not an office-based role and is at times a very busy and fast based environment.  This role includes key holder responsibilities, opening and closing the Visitor Centre.

You will be flexible and have the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays due to the demands of the service.

About you:

You will be educated to GCSE level, including Maths and English at grade C or above.  Or demonstratable evidence of the required literacy or numeracy skills. You will have experience of IT skills including Word, Excell and Outlook. You have the ability to learn new to use new platforms including Eventbrite and BRS Golf.
