Primary Recruitment Resourcer

Primary Recruitment Resourcer Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the recruitment consultants to understand school requirements and teacher / teaching assistant profiles.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment interviews.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate candidate database.
• Support in coordinating interviews and placements for teaching roles.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with both candidates and schools.

Primary Recruitment Resourcer Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in education, is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the education sector and the primary curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
