So, what does the role involve?
Daily leadership to key production areas, overseeing and managing operations and ensure efficient and timely processing of fresh produce.
Develop and implement plans, schedules and workflows to optimise efficiency towards targets, working closely with the technical, procurement and logistics departments.
Ensure KPIs are managed, hygiene standards are maintained and drive a continuous improvement culture.
Maintain accurate production records, reports and documentation of audits, whilst delivering exceptional service for all producers and customers.
Continuously motivate the team, driving team engagement, training and development to align with the business values.

Proven experience as a Production leader within the food manufacturing industry.
Recognised management qualification.
Passion for developing teams, empowering and getting the best out of people.
Ability to set targets, manage KPIs and deliver results, supported by a positive track record in outcomes focused business planning, forecasting and managing risk.
Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail.
