Job Description
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Provide leadership and support to the project team.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim PMO should have:
- Significant project management and delivery experience.
- Proven experience of delivering projects to time, cost and quality.
- Successful experience of translating analysis into practical implementation.
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to drive projects to success.
- Facilitation and workshop experience.
- Experience of different project management approaches e.g. agile and waterfall.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
