Job description
At process benchmarking limited you will be working towards the Data Technician Apprenticeship Level 3 over the duration of 18 months alongside your daily roles and responsiblities.
Your roles and responsibilities will include;
- Process raw data from clients in Excel
- Perform QA and stability checks
- Communicating with clients to resolve any issues with the data, by phone and email
- Produce regular numerical reports for clients
We are office based five days a week. The role does not require travel but as you progress through the company, you will be asked to do so (naturally at the company's expense), which includes a client dinner and an overnight stay for benchmarking meetings.

Please note that process benchmarking limited, occupy an old Victorian manor house which does not have step-free access. The office has a 'dress-down' policy as the building can become cold in the winter, and hot in the summer.
