The role
As a Stores Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-paced team based at Gloucestershire Airport. As Stores Coordinator you will be part of an exciting, developing, supply chain solution that supports our Mission Critical Operations which serves many of the UK county’s Air Ambulances.
Day to day, you’ll help with the following:
- The day-to-day line management of the stores team, delegating tasks and managing and arranging holiday cover of the team where necessary including responsible for training and competency assessing any new team members and ensuring.
- Ensuring the quarantine of non-conforming aircraft parts and materials and the correct storage of parts and materials within all bonded stores
- Carry out the Goods out release, control and issue of parts and material including dangerous goods, Provide Shelf-life control reports for all bases through reports from the MRO Management System
- Handling and managing aviation parts experience expected.
- Dangerous Goods by road/air awareness and Forklift driving is a bonus.
This role is full time and based onsite at Gloucestershire Airport.
Essential experience of the Stores Supervisor:
- Experience of working with vendor queries and ownership to provide an ongoing progress that ensures the release of parts in a correct and timely manner.
- Experience of Conducting the goods inwards receipt and inspection
- Experience of working with external couriers and freight companies to collect packages from stores for distribution to other Onshore bases or suppliers (core returns/ repairs)
Qualifications for the Stores Supervisor:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve the minimum of a BPSS/SC security clearance for this role.
