Job description
Wild recruitment have a great opportunity for an individual who is looking for a diverse administration role as a Internal Service Manager , this is working for an amazing organisation who are continually growing and have great career prospects.
You would be working closely with the Field Service Manager, and will be liaising with customers & suppliers on a daily basis.
Key Duties include:
- Working with the Field Service manager making sure all aspects of installs and trials are carried out correctly
- Able to demonstrate and understand the equipment that Reiser sell by taking on technical support calls from the customer and members of the service team
- To be able to liaise with the Internal Sales Manager and Sales Team
- Review service and install reports in a timely manner
- To understand engineered solutions required for customers
- To gather information on warranty parts to be able to allow a clean process with different vendors
- Working closely with the Regional Coordinator to own the process in unsung parts are returned correctly
Skills & Experience:
- Able to work collaboratively with the rest of the team
- Can demonstrate actions in a customer centric manner
- Manage their workload efficiently and in a timely manner
- Someone who is Analytic
- Can work under pressure
- Has a good understanding of technical aspects of the role, so having similar industry experience helps
