About the Role:
As a Secondary SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs within our schools in Bournemouth. You will deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of each student, fostering an inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive. With your expertise in SEN education, you will empower students to reach their full potential and achieve academic success.



Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification in SEN education
  • Previous experience working with students with SEN in a Secondary school setting
  • Strong understanding of different SEN conditions and effective strategies for supporting students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers
  • Dedication to promoting inclusion and equality in education
