A Corporate Commercial Solicitor is being sought by a leading Legal 500 firm with an excellent presence in Central Hertfordshire as it expands to meet client demand and support the lead partner.
The firm is happy to consider solicitors looking for part time positions and can offer a strong hybrid working policy with as little as one day in the office, as well as being open to fully remote candidates.
What we are looking for:
This is an exciting opportunity for a corporate commercial solicitor (3-6 years’ PQE) to join the growing corporate commercial department with an established client base and team. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with a broad range of commercial support work including contracts, agreements, terms of business and some transactional work to cover mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, joint ventures, and the buying and selling businesses. You will have a solid career history working at highly regarded firms, and will also have a good knowledge of the local area.
