Job description
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a well-established business in the Care Sector who are embarking on exciting change and growth. They are seeking a Senior HR Advisor who will support the manager population across West Yorkshire. The role will be responsible for their region and report into a wider group HR team. This is a generalist role that requires well-rounded knowledge of the employee lifecycle and employment law and will get involved in various projects. It will work across multiple sites across Bradford, Leeds and Ilkley.
What is the role?
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will work across multiple sites and support managers with employee relations casework relating to conduct, absence and performance. You will work to develop policies and procedures and create action plans to deliver business results. You will also work closely with the wider HR team to deliver a generalist HR role that encompasses recruitment, engagement and learning & development. You will build strong working relationships with your area’s stakeholders to understand their business needs and HR challenges and play an integral part in promoting and guiding principles that align with company values.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have excellent employee relations experience and knowledge of employment law, understand the challenges and requirements of a multi-site role and possess strong communication skills that allow them to guide and influence stakeholders and managers to deliver an effective HR partnership. CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
