The role: Outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Employment Associate 1-4 years PQE who is looking to join a team with a national outlook, to be based in their Bristol office. You will take on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employers and employees including dismissals, terminations, discrimination, tribunal representation, redundancies and restructuring. The contentious work will be on the respondent side. They have a wide range of clients ranging from small start-ups to large national corporations and the team is currently very busy with a surge of work thanks to the distinguished record of their current heavy-hitting lawyers. Therefore, this is a coveted spot for an employment lawyer who wants to work at the top of this area of law and learn from specialist practitioners who are considered leaders in the field.
