About The Role

• Location: PeterboroughPE7 3HH
• Pay: £14.86 per hour, Weekly paid
• Shifts: Days 4 on 4 off, 17:45- 06:15
• Permanent Opportunity 

AMK Fresh are looking for an Warehouse Administrator to join our team based  in Peterborough. You will be a key figure in assisting and driving the AMK reputation for providing first class quality products to our customers. The purpose of the role is to ensure the warehouse administration tasks are produced to the correct standard and in a timely manner to ensure the department operates efficiently.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks including:

• Communicate all issues with Logistics department regarding deliveries i.e. Differing Quantities/Varieties/Country of Origin(COO)/Labelled/ unlabeled etc. from that that was advised on paperwork.
• Complete the Intake Tracker accurately with times and amounts of pallets for Department KPI’s.
• Communicate with Haulier/Customers regarding current status of vehicles and timelines involved.
• Ensure the Unloader/Loader is following safety procedures and has taken/checked driver’s keys and it’s safe to unload.
• Work with QC department to ensure all issues have been communicated to the team and all reassessments/RTS/Market jobs have been completed and scanned to their correct location in the warehouse.
• Perform traceability exercises during Audit.
• Ensure that handover to Night shift is clear, detailed and ownership is taken of anything that needs to be resolved overnight- escalate in the morning if this has not been actioned.
• Perform end of Put-Away checks after they have been completed and all stock has been moved on the system to Cold Stores when RT driver is finished.
•  Export receipts for stock received.

About You

Ideal experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in the Food Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Fresh operations is ideal
• Demonstrable experience of working in a very fast paced and international environment Experience in leading teams
• A strong awareness of other cultures
• Decision-making skills
• Numerical and financial skills
• Analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent IT Microsoft office skills
• Good problem-solving skills
