MI Analyst/Products Officer
We have an amazing opportunity available for MI Analyst/Products Officer to join the team in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom.
We are Usay Compare, the UK’s largest Private Medical Insurance Intermediary. Originating in 2008, we now have circa 300 employees and 5 office locations in Cirencester, Bristol, Bournemouth, Taunton, London and a home-based team!
We are looking for an experienced MI Analyst/Products Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role:
- Provide support to colleagues and assist with enquiries, develop, and produce ad hoc reports as required.
- Produce and deliver management information to the Operations management team in a timely manner on a daily, weekly and monthly basis or as required.
- Develop reports by engaging with the requestor to define appropriate format and content to meet their objectives.
- Validate, investigate, and troubleshoot issues with management information or associated systems.
- To provide support to the Head of products with the integration of new products or providers, liaise with external account managers to maintain excellent working relationships, project manage key business critical updates within the business by using relevant agile software.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience of MI reporting and creation of reports
- Understanding of PMI Insurance (desirable)
- MYSQL
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- SharePoint
- Communication - verbal and written
- Power BI
- Excel Power query
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
