We are looking for an experienced Domestic Assistant to join our team at Berkeley House-Berkeley Gardens. The home has 2 units on the same site in Pemberton, Wigan and are specialist care homes providing person centred, rehabilitative care services for people aged 18 years and above who may have mental health, complex needs and/or acquired brain injury with complex needs. Our domestic team is vital in ensuring that all areas of the home are cleaned and presented in such a way that it is inviting and welcoming to everyone who lives, works and visits the home. We are looking for people who have exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and good paperwork skills, who can work with the care staff to ensure the best possible care within a homely environment. You will be working as part of a team to ensure bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, dining room & communal areas are cleaned and kept to a high standard. If you are reliable, hardworking and have a warm empathetic manner, the ability to engage with people at all levels, the desire to go that extra mile and are a good team player then we look forward to receiving your application. 30 hours per week, to include alternate weekends.Job tags
