Job description
We are seeking to appoint a permanent, full time Digital Media Technician (ICT Support) to work 37 hours 52.14 weeks per annum. The ICT Department has a strong team working ethos, supporting both campuses on a daily basis for all members of staff and students in our highly successful academy, which holds a good Ofsted status.
Personal Qualities
The successful applicant should have qualifications to Level 2 standard of education or equivalent, with good level of general ICT knowledge and of Microsoft packages as desirable.
Applicants should be creative thinkers, with the ability to anticipate and solve problems, organising and prioritising their work accordingly. With the ability to work as part of a team an on own initiative with resilience. A high level of communication skill both written and verbal is key, as is the ability to address a range of audiences.
Responsibilities of the Post Holder
Responsibilities of the post holder will be in accordance with the Digital Media Technician (ICT Support) .
Remuneration
The annual salary for the ICT Support Technical Officer will be in accordance with the Academy’s Support Staff Pay Scale, Band 2 Point 11 - 14, starting at £20,969 per annum.
