Job description

We have been instructed on an Accounts Semi Senior opportunity with a forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.

The ideal candidate will be AAT Level 4 Qualified working in general practice, proficient in bookeeping and accounts preparation for clients under FRS105 & FRS102.

You will engage with a diverse client portfolio across various industries, with a particular emphasis on SMEs and OMBs, providing accounting services.

The Role:

Preparation of accounts for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships
Management accounts preparation
Draftng corporate tax computations
VAT Returns
Client bookkeeping
Dealing with HMRC/ client queries
Liaising with clients directly

You:

AAT Level 4 Qualified (ideally)
ACA or ACCA Student also considered
Good working knowledge of FRS105 & FRS102
Knowledge of Xero & Quickbooks beneficial
Previous experience of working in practice is essential
