Job description
A very well regarded and established insurance brokerage are seeking a Client Executive Leader. They are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team. A seasoned professional with a passion for client service, operational excellence and team leadership. You will lead a talented Client Executive team responsible for delivering outstanding service. You will play a pivotal role in crafting the client service strategy and driving business outcomes, including client retention, satisfaction, operational targets and encouraging a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Role:-
- Lead and encourage the Client Executive Team to deliver high-quality service in line with company standards
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Client Service Leaders to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Drive client retention and satisfaction, elevating the companies value proposition to clients and prospects
- Maintain a focus on operational excellence, meeting efficiency and performance metrics
- Lead and grow a commercial client book
- Lead all aspects of both team members and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in client service and/or claims management
- Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Strong operational service delivery management expertise, encompassing people, process and technology.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing service strategies
- Prior experience leading teams in an operational service delivery or shared services environment, ideally within a matrix structure
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- To be considered for this role you will be someone who is both enthusiastic and passionate for delivering the very best service whilst also having a continuing desire to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a sales and/or customer service focused role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own time effectively
- A strong willingness to learn
- Ability to problem solve and use own initiative and judgment
