We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the food production and kitchen operations in our restaurant. ```Responsibilities```
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create and develop new menu items
- Ensure that all food preparation is in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop strategies for improving kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create innovative and delicious dishes
- Experience in menu planning and development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
