ENGLISH TEACHER - WOKING, SURREY -PAID TO SCALE - FULL TIME - ASAP - SEMH SCHOOL
Are you a Qualified English teacher that holds a QTS?
Do you have experience with English Literature and English Language?
Do you have experience working with Challenging Behaviour?
Are you able to cover other subjects when not teaching English?
If you answered yes to the above, then this English Teacher role is for you!
The Role - English Teacher
For this role you will be joining a fantastic team where there is an abundance of support to staff development. You will be teaching English Literature/English Language up to KS5. You should have strong subject knowledge. There are about 7/8 pupils in a class that will have LSA's with them. You will be responsible to plan, mark, assess and manage the class. If you have a free period you will be expected to cover other lessons with different subjects.
The School - SEMH Social Emotional Mental Health School
This is a very well established SEMH boys school that are aged between 7-16 years old. The school is apart of the UK's leading academy trust. The school follows the UK curriculum leaving all subjects accessible to the pupils. The school provides training and development to all staff and can even put you through a teacher training route.
