Asset Management Officer

Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Management Officer to join our team. As an Asset Management Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our company's assets. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of assets, from acquisition to disposal. This includes tracking, analyzing, and evaluating the value and performance of assets, as well as implementing strategies to optimize their utilization.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute asset acquisition, including researching, evaluating, and negotiating purchase agreements.
Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the maintenance and performance of assets, including conducting regular inspections and audits.
Monitor and analyze asset performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive asset inventory, including accurate documentation of asset details, locations, and condition.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards or threats to asset integrity and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with various internal teams, such as finance, operations, and legal, to ensure effective asset management and support business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Solid understanding of asset management principles, practices, and industry standards.
Proficient in using asset management software and tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and proactive mindset, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional certification in asset management (e.g., CMMS) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in asset management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £21.62
Location: Camden, North West London
