Job description
The Senior Estates Surveyor will play a key role within the estates department and ensure that all landlord & tenant matters are dealt with in a timely and professional manner whilst also offering support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the organisation.
Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Manage a varied portfolio of properties, dealing with general landlord and tenant matters.
- Provide expert advice on property management issues, lease negotiations, and rent reviews.
- Mentor and support junior surveyors, fostering their professional development.
- Assist in the formulation of property strategies and policies.
- Undertake valuations, asset management, and property acquisitions/disposals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise property performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
